Not receiving email to reset my password! The code never comes to my email!

I've tried multiple times. Please text me the code to reset my BET+ account. I NEED BET+ TO TEXT ME A CODE TO RESET MY PASSWORD. THE EMAIL IS NOT WORKING!

THEY NEVER SEND THE CODE!! I'VE TRIED REPEATEDLY!!

I am so disappointed w/Bet+!!! I can't log in on main TV.

They were suppose to send me a email that I have yet to receive so I can reset my password...no way to speak with a live person and yes they are paid. I am pissed

Bet Plus is only streaming 1 season of Sistas and All the Queen Men. I want to see all the seasons; what's going on? Very disappointed with the service.

I couldn't watch, but when I contacted BET it was worked on asap.

I thank BET for a quick turn around. I have no complaints.

I have an account under my email address. Apparently there was another account associated with my email address as well that didnt belong to me.

I asked them to cancel that other email account that didnt belong to me and they wound up canceling the whole account and did not return a deposit.

And I havent received the refund from either account that they have closed out. They close out both accounts show that she added it with my email address.

I have been trying for over 2 months to get this mess cleared up. I tried the service back in November and I let it go because no one will call me back.

They'll started taking my money. They're not giving me a service. 832-455-**** call me on the line that doesn't have a spam assigned to do it recommendation to Future customers?

Don't use this app? Don't use this business if you don't want to get ripped off

Paid no service I am very upset about this I don't have no money to give away and if you if you advertising something you should produce what you appetizer I don't like this here but you can take my money out of my account but you can't give me the service that I paid for

I can't contact no one for service issues! I filed this complaint three days ago and still no answer

I wasn't happy with BET's content selection. For a lot of the movies, the quality of the movies seemed a bit off. By the way, the acting is bad in most of the movies.

I don't understand why I can't get it I keep trying to go into it won't let me it won't show me anything and I paid for it came out of my account please help

I signed up for BET Plus with the first 7 days free. I did this to watch seasons 7 and 8 of Sistas; however, it only shows 7.

I clicked on the regular BET, and it's there, but it says I'm not subscribed.

I have been trying to call customer service all week. No luck.

Everything I try to watch on my TV gives me a message: 'This video is no longer available.' However, I can watch it on other devices.

I pay for this app on My firetv. I can't watch it.

Not charging my bank account for something I dont have for months on. My bank said to call Bet+ to try to solve the problem. Didnt know that I couldnt call.

I needed 2 speak 2 someone but a live agent option wasn't available. I still have the issue and you want me 2 text?
