Not able to sign in to BET to watch after payment.
No one has contacted with information on how to sign in.to get to subscription and watch BET on Television at my home. There has been no one answer the plenty at this time.

No help whatsoever youre taking payments out of of my account two payments this month already. Not sure as of why. Ive change the card and you are using a card I dont have access to and causing over draft fees

Unknown charges and want a refund
I'm being charged on my credit card repeatedly charges for service and I do not want so please refund me back the two transactions bet took from my card and cancel any subscription that I purchased

They charged me for a service that I already have and it won’t show
What happens if we have to jump through hoops to try to get in touch with BET to correct a problem and we cant so with that being said Im canceling my subscription to you all because its not right. Whats going on? Everybodys not able to chat or be on the Internet so we need a number to call and if yall cant do that Im just gonna reach out as a zero cause its more than what yall deserved.

I got a new card and it won't accept it for some reason so now I can't watch my favorite shows.

Trying to watch BET plus I signed in and it said something about not available due restriction and I need that taken off I need someone to contact me concerning the situatio 719-259-****. I can watch it on my TV downstairs, but I cant watch it in the one in my room and it says something about a restriction.
Preferred solution: To get this restriction, it says sorry this video is not found or no longer available due to a date or rights restriction and I need it took it off

I keep getting charge when I don’t have the service
I have been charged for two months that I have notice and they cant do anything unless I give them my card information thats never ever happened just send my money back to my card

You take my money I cant log in you say a tech is calling nobody calls then I receive this so you can rate my experience when nobody calls and charge me a fee to talk to a tech that never called
