The response was lousy. When I informed customer service that the site was not secure, they connected me with a line that wanted to change 4 times the trial cost and asked me to confirm, but left no where to reject. So, you are definitely not like other streaming services.
I needed 2 speak 2 someone but a live agent option wasn't available. I still have the issue and you want me 2 text?
