I have been charged for three months after I had canceled the free trial on my Roku TV as I was instructed I also went online and made sure that it was canceled and it was and after that I still got charged, that means people are using our debit cards and our numbers and a manner of stealing money from us and then that makes me believe who knows what happens to those card numbers and where theyre sold too. This is some of the problem in the United States and why we have so many fraudulent charges is to deal with things like this.

Every time I try to update my new password is asking for six letters a number and I even do a special character and nothing is working and I have never had so much problem in my life trying to sign in or change my password. I have had a previous account tried to use that sign in and that didnt work either. Just really frustrated with this process and no one to call to get help.
