Can’t log in
Bet plus is taking my money every month and I can't sign in when I try to it's saying I already exist so yes I'm frustrated I been calling but the automatic machine keeps saying the operator is busy if they keep giving me the run around I will unsubscribe and get my money back they took out there payment for this month and I didn't get to watch bet plus for February

Resolved: Trying to find out if product was sent
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was told that the package was coming from China and I had a tracking number that was unknown here in the United States I called PayPal and they gave Me the right Tracking number and I was all set I have refured 2 of My Friends there and I will buy more items form them Thank You Michael

I was trying to track My order with no results I tried calling the number they give no results I finely called the tracking number and that is where I got My results I sure hope the product receive is better than the phone number they provided and better than customer service They got Me down as a pissed off customer I'm not

Unable to get help via BET-Plus. Just got frustrating run around from internet directions to wrong phone numbers. I’m choosing to cancel my service.
No, I have spent over a hour trying to get help. Im no longer able or willing to pay for a service I cant access.

The email said that the package was delivered, but it is not! I ordered a unit from Shop with BET.
They delivered it to the wrong address. My mom is in her 60s and I am not comfortable with her getting out in the freezing cold, knocking on doors for an item that you got your full payment for.

Problems with renewing
There was no number to call about my situation.The problem had not been resolved. No one has emailed me back or called.
I emailed my situation and was told someone would contact me. I am still waiting for someone to address my issue.
There is no customer service number to call.
Im frustrated and upset. Can you please call me to resolve the problem.
